- Experience managing complex customer relationships and extended sales cycles
- Clinical laboratory or diagnostic customer experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve annual sales targets
- Build and grow relationships with existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Apply consultative selling to understand customer workflows, challenges, and requirements
- Manage complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
