Role summary
A 12-week summer internship within the Process & Quality Management Team in Global Data Management & Standards. The intern will support clinical data management projects focused on process improvement, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in clinical research.
What they're looking for
- Currently enrolled in full-time STEM or similar undergraduate degree program
- Completed at least two full years of undergraduate coursework
- Ability to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting May or June
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and document management abilities
- Self-starter capable of independent project management and multitasking
What you'll be doing
- Support process improvement initiatives in clinical data management
- Assist with analysis and evaluation of existing processes and propose solutions
- Support Health Authority inspection readiness and regulatory compliance preparation
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects under guidance of experienced team members
