Role summary
A 6-month co-op in chemical biology, spatial biology, and proteomics within the Research & Development division. The role involves tissue processing, multiplexed immunofluorescence staining, laser microdissection, and mass spectrometry-based proteomics to support drug discovery efforts.

- Basic knowledge and experience in fluorescence imaging and analysis
- Available for full-time work approximately 6 months beginning early to mid-2027
What you'll be doing
- Process and section formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue samples
- Execute high-resolution, multiplexed immunofluorescence or immunohistochemistry staining on tissue sections
- Operate advanced laser microdissection systems to isolate selected cells and sub-cellular regions
- Perform ultra-sensitive mass spectrometry-based proteomics for tissue profiling
- Collaborate with team members on workflow optimization and present findings at lab meetings
