Role summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Vice President of Systems R&D to lead end-to-end systems development strategy and execution across its global diagnostic portfolio. This fully remote executive role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and requires building world-class systems engineering capabilities while driving complex, integrated platform innovation.

Demonstrated ability delivering complex integrated systems from concept through commercialization in regulated environments
Experience defining and executing product/technology roadmaps aligned to commercial and financial outcomes
Experience managing large-scale programs, budgets, and resource planning across global teams

What you'll be doing

Define and deliver multi-generational product roadmaps across Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Urinalysis, Clinical Informatics, and Automation
Lead balanced innovation portfolio spanning Advanced Development, New Product Development, and Lifecycle Management
Build and scale global organization across Systems Engineering, Systems Integration, Verification & Validation, and Project Management
Drive system architecture and platform harmonization to improve efficiency, scalability, and product quality
Champion Danaher Business System to drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery of complex systems
