What you'll be doing
- Provide technical expertise in immunoassay manufacturing areas and support daily production needs
- Investigate and resolve assay failures during in-process, pre-fill, and post-fill reagent testing
- Lead cross-departmental teams to address non-conforming issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain bills of materials, material specifications, and standard operating procedures per quality standards
- Generate investigation reports and communicate findings through oral and written documentation
Compensation$75,000-$90,000 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
