Role summary
Pfizer seeks a Vice President of Learning & Development to design and execute enterprise-wide learning strategy for a global workforce. - Own AI fluency function, embedding AI literacy and applied capability across learning pathways
- Build and manage high-performing L&D team of 35 professionals
