What you'll be doing

Define and deliver comprehensive CMC process development strategies for toxins, antibodies, and other biologics across therapeutic areas
Lead design, validation, and industrialization of bioprocesses from preclinical through commercialization and lifecycle management
Recruit, develop, and manage biologics process and analytical development teams
Build collaborative relationships with global stakeholders including PharmDev, R&D, TechOps, and external partners
Manage BPD budgets and capital investment programs aligned with portfolio and organizational strategy
