Role summary
Siegfried seeks a Utility Engineer to support and maintain critical utility systems at the Pennsville, New Jersey manufacturing facility. - Knowledge of industrial utility systems: steam, chilled water, compressed air, nitrogen, purified water, wastewater, HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical documentation
- Valid New Jersey Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator license or ability to obtain
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide engineering support for site utility systems and monitor performance for reliability improvements
- Troubleshoot utility failures and develop corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime
- Support capital and expense projects with utility engineering input on design and installation
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and external vendors on inspections and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards for all utility systems
