Role summary
Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Upstream Global Product Manager to identify and advance growth opportunities in medical devices by translating market and clinical insights into product strategy and commercialization plans. The role partners across functions to shape investment decisions and bring innovative solutions to the breast care market.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, sales, engineering, life sciences, or related field
- 2+ years in product management, product marketing, medical device sales, or marketing roles
- Experience gathering customer and clinical insights and translating into product requirements and business cases
- Experience contributing to product strategy, development, commercialization, or portfolio management
- Cross-functional partnership experience with sales, R&D, operations, clinical, or finance teams
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred
- Upstream experience in market discovery, Voice of Customer research, or portfolio strategy preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead market discovery and Voice of Customer research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Develop product and portfolio strategy through roadmaps, opportunity assessment, and investment prioritization
- Represent customer requirements throughout product development and partner with R&D across development stages
- Lead global positioning and commercialization strategy including value propositions, messaging, and launch planning
- Monitor business metrics and optimize portfolio health, adoption, and profitability performance
