What you'll be doing

Develop and execute territory sales plan targeting revenue and market share objectives
Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic trauma procedures in operating rooms
Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers across accounts
Respond to urgent and after-hours trauma case support requests as on-call coverage
Manage inventory, consignment assets, and surgical instrument sets for operational readiness

Compensation100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
