Ability to travel approximately 25-30% to San Jose and other locations

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day trade compliance operations for Molecular Devices in US and Canada, supporting global functions
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams on trade compliance requirements
Lead tariff mitigation and duty-saving strategies including first sale, drawback, and country of origin determinations
Develop and implement trade compliance programs, policies, and internal controls across US, Canada, and Europe
Identify and execute process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and minimize regulatory risk exposure
