What you'll be doing

Handle incoming calls, process client orders, and complete order confirmations daily
Route shipments considering commodity, volume, temperature, and transit time requirements
Communicate with internal departments and external customers regarding shipments and account status
Address customer complaints and service inquiries, escalating issues as needed
Maintain accurate shipment status records and suggest process improvements

Compensation$19/hr
