Cultivate and maintain long-term commercial relationships with regional thought leaders and emerging influencers
Conduct market research and generate insights to inform brand strategies and regional marketing tactics
Develop and execute comprehensive congress plans with strategic thought leader engagements
Manage speaker logistics, training programs, and ongoing development for program effectiveness
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, medical affairs, and other departments
