Proven leadership and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
Experience supporting specialty product launches
Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with regulations

What you'll be doing

Cultivate and maintain long-term commercial relationships with regional thought leaders and emerging influencers
Conduct market research and generate insights to inform brand strategies and regional marketing initiatives
Plan and execute congress activities including product theaters and strategic thought leader engagements
Coordinate speaker recruitment, training, and program management for regional programming
Collaborate across functions to develop comprehensive regional thought leader strategy and align company resources
