Role summary
Orthofix seeks a field-based specialist to train sales representatives and distributors on bone growth stimulation devices across the western United States. The role combines technical expertise, sales support, and channel development to drive adoption of Orthofix's musculoskeletal medical technologies.

What you'll be doing
- Provide field training to sales representatives and distributors on device usage and promotion
- Develop technical and selling skills; demonstrate proficiency in bone growth stimulation market
- Support territory analysis and act as liaison with Order to Cash and compliance teams
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and annual product certification for sales personnel
- Communicate regularly with leadership on territory performance, challenges, and sales activity
Compensation$94,500 base salary, plus performance-based bonus and benefits
