What you'll be doing
- Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of surgical products and services
- Educate physicians and surgical teams on product features, benefits, and on-label applications
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, hospital administration, and supply chain professionals
- Monitor territory sales performance against forecasts and competitive landscape
- Provide market feedback to supervisors and marketing on product development and pricing strategies
Compensation$80,000-$110,000 annually, plus sales incentive plan eligibility
