Role summary
iRhythm Technologies seeks cardiac monitoring technicians for a talent community to fill future full-time contract positions. Candidates will complete comprehensive clinical training and perform ECG analysis, arrhythmia interpretation, and quality assurance in a hybrid environment across multiple U.S. locations.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 1 year hands-on cardiac rhythm interpretation in clinical, diagnostic, monitoring, or telemetry setting
- Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret ECG/EKG rhythms and identify arrhythmias
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and medical terminology
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency with multiple software applications
- CCT certification required within 120 days if lacking RN, EMT-P, or CCT credential
- Residency within 50 miles of San Francisco, Deerfield, IL, or Houston, TX
What you'll be doing
- Review patient ECG data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and data quality assurance
- Communicate ECG abnormalities to physicians when clinically indicated
- Perform quality control on all reports with necessary modifications before delivery
- Develop ECG interpretation skills while meeting productivity and quality metrics
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to clinical best practices
Compensation$23.95 - $27.78 hourly
