Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Director-level Pharmacoepidemiologist to develop and implement pharmacoepidemiology strategy for a designated therapeutic area, leading cross-functional teams and regulatory studies to support clinical development and post-marketing requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Develop pharmacoepidemiology strategy and conduct regulatory-required epidemiologic studies for post-marketing commitments
- Lead design, implementation, and analysis of epidemiological studies supporting clinical development and regulatory filings
- Represent pharmacoepidemiology on cross-functional teams including Safety Monitoring and Clinical Study Teams
- Manage external vendors and contractors; develop relationships with external experts and opinion leaders
- Drive SOP development, process improvements, and strategic initiatives across the organization
