What you'll be doing
- Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing and plant equipment on production lines
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform troubleshooting using electronic test equipment and technical documentation
- Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs and production quality records
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to lower-level technician staff
- Lead minor projects including equipment testing, data analysis, and report development
