Role summary
Benchling seeks a Technology Operations Engineer to serve as the primary technology resource for its Boston office. - Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for software, hardware, applications, and networking across multiple locations
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, device lifecycle, and retirement for Boston office
- Administer SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Zoom
- Own local employee onboarding experience including system preparation and orientation
