Role summary
Cencora seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives for World Courier, a specialty logistics division. The role requires delivering multiple concurrent projects on time, within budget, and with intended business outcomes while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across global teams.

- Project Management certification or recognized curriculum completion
- Demonstrated expertise in risk and issue management with escalation experience
- Strong ability to guide teams through project estimation and budget forecasting
- Experience managing large initiatives alongside multiple medium or smaller projects
- Proven experience working with global cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
What you'll be doing
- Lead delivery of one large complex initiative and one to two medium/smaller initiatives across time, cost, scope, and quality
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, forecasts, and status reporting for leadership
- Actively manage scope, dependencies, cross-team impacts, and initiative-level budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues early; surface trade-offs to support decision-making
- Collaborate with VMO and delivery teams on adoption planning, testing coordination, and release planning
