High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years of manufacturing/related experience, or associate degree with 4 years of related experience
Experience in manufacturing and/or medical device environments preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CAD software
Strong knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and validation protocols
Understanding of electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems
Root cause analysis skills and familiarity with Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to work independently and guide technicians

What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and recommend maintenance actions to minimize downtime
Design, execute, and document feasibility studies and validation tests following established protocols
Lead equipment validation projects, investigations, and objective evidence collection for product dispositions
Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment
Collaborate with Quality and Engineering on corrective actions, non-conformance reports, and out-of-tolerance investigations
