Role summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Production Operations Technician to operate and maintain automatic and semiautomatic equipment in a continuous manufacturing environment at its O'Callaghan Mills facility. The role involves equipment setup, product filling and inspection, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices on a rotating two-week swing shift schedule.

- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout full shifts

- Competency reading SOPs, batch records, and specifications
- Visual acuity to inspect components and identify defects
- Previous manufacturing operations or GMP experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Set up and operate automatic and semiautomatic machines and related equipment
- Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance according to established procedures
- Fill, label, pack, and inspect finished products per training specifications
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation as required
- Ensure all operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and quality regulations
