Role summary

Experience in clinical laboratory, central laboratory, bioanalytical laboratory, QA, or compliance environment
Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, GCP, GLP, ISO 15189, PT/EQA, and biosafety/chemical safety programs
Strong organizational skills managing multiple compliance and quality activities simultaneously
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
Laboratory temperature monitoring systems and equipment qualification experience preferred
Legal right to work in China

What you'll be doing

Manage CAP, NGSP, and local PT/EQA programs including sample ordering and performance evaluation
Coordinate Alternative Assessment and correlation studies for CAP/CLIA compliance
Lead Environment, Safety & Health programs ensuring regulatory compliance and risk assessments
Oversee REES temperature monitoring system administration and compliance activities
Maintain laboratory equipment inventories, calibration schedules, and qualification documentation
