What you'll be doing

Process returned products: replace defective parts, complete device replacements, or transfer to specialized facilities
Provide phone support to hospital accounts answering technical questions on device use
Report field failures and customer complaints per quality system procedures
Identify customer training gaps and propose improvement solutions
Assist sales staff with service-related activities at customer locations
