Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Repair, install, and maintain Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites
- Support daily service operations for existing customer base and drive service growth
- Establish and maintain relationships across all customer organizational levels
- Collaborate with Applications, Marketing, Administration, and Sales teams to support business objectives
- Build and track KPIs to meet established service performance targets
