What you'll be doing
- Deliver on-site technical and clinical training on Abbott Infectious Disease products and instruments
- Support customers with verification studies compliant with CLIA, CAP, COLA, and TJC regulations
- Lead POC Link connectivity implementation with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on clinical utility, operational value, and workflow optimization of products
- Identify at-risk accounts, recommend retention strategies, and discover sales expansion opportunities
