HT/HTL (ASCP) or MLT/MT certification with strong pathology and histology background
Expertise in histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), ISH, and special stains
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Research experience in pathology and histology practices preferred
Core histology experience including grossing, tissue processing, embedding, and sectioning preferred

What you'll be doing

Provide technical and application support for core histology and advanced staining products via phone and email
Deliver product training and educational programs to customers, employees, dealers, and sales teams
Troubleshoot customer issues and maintain high satisfaction by meeting response-time metrics
Support laboratory projects and application initiatives while driving continuous process improvements

Compensation$35.00-$45.00 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
