Role summary
Leica Microsystems seeks an experienced Service Operations Coordinator Lead to manage customer service operations and lead a team in Deerfield, Illinois. The role involves coordinating service delivery, managing medical equipment orders, and driving operational improvements while reporting to the Sr. Customer Support Manager.
What they're looking for
- Associate's degree or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ years in customer service, dispatching, service coordination, or order management
- 3+ years using ERP, CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Salesforce
- Ability to manage customer inquiries, scheduling, and service operations with data accuracy
- Experience with KPI reporting, process improvement, and team coaching or training
What you'll be doing
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, scheduling, and equipment records with compliance oversight
- Lead medical equipment exchange and service order operations including billing and audit support
- Coach and develop Service Operations team members; mentor new associates on procedures and systems
- Drive operational excellence through KPI reporting, dashboard management, and trend analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Compensation$35.00-$39.00 per hour; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
