Role summary

What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two years energy center maintenance experience
- OR two-year technical degree plus two years energy center maintenance experience
- Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Windows, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams, understand control loops
- Extensive industrial electrical experience with steam, compressed air, chillers, water systems, HVAC
- Experience documenting maintenance and repair activities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
What you'll be doing
- Operate and maintain energy center equipment throughout the facility, including chillers, compressors, boilers, wastewater, and potable water systems
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and prepare inspection reports on equipment condition
- Set up, adjust, repair, and maintain energy center equipment using PM and PDM techniques
- Prepare technical documentation including preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Support new equipment installations by coordinating with vendors, recommending spare parts, and conducting initial debugging
