Role summary
Team Lead overseeing cryopreservation and cell therapy manufacturing operations at a CAR-T facility. Provides tactical leadership to specialists managing patient material handling, liquid nitrogen systems, and regulatory compliance across multiple shifts in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

- Associate's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing experience

- Knowledge of cGMPs, ALCOA+ principles, and manufacturing documentation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change control, and batch record systems preferred
- Background in cell therapy, cryopreservation, or cold chain operations preferred
What you'll be doing
- Direct execution of cell therapy production activities in compliance with cGMPs and standard operating procedures
- Oversee cryopreservation and handling of patient materials including storage, distribution, and chain of custody
- Manage production documentation, batch record reviews, and exception-based reviews for accuracy and compliance
- Drive safety culture, conduct Gemba walks, and maintain hands-on expertise in LN2 storage and inventory control
- Ensure team training compliance, support performance management, and develop high-performing team members
