Role summary
Team lead position overseeing language services staff within a clinical research organization. Responsible for team development, operational excellence, quality management, and strategic support in life sciences localization across multiple European locations.

- 6+ years translation, localization, or language services project management with team coordination experience
- Strong expertise in life sciences translation for pharmaceutical, clinical trials, and biotech sectors
- Knowledge of localization workflows, quality management, and industry standards such as GxP and ISO
- Hands-on experience with quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
- Proficiency with CAT tools, TMS platforms, and structured content formats including XML and PDF
- Coaching and mentoring skills to develop team expertise in localization and clinical content
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational abilities
What you'll be doing
- Oversee team of project and operations staff, ensuring training, risk management, and optimal resource allocation
- Drive operational excellence and compliance in localization workflows while serving as subject matter expert
- Manage complex or strategic projects and act as senior escalation point for project-level issues
- Lead CAPA investigations, quality control procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team
- Mentor staff development through coaching and creation of best practice guides and training materials
