What you'll be doing
- Lead pre-launch planning and readiness activities, defining workplan, timeline and deliverables before Brand Lead onboarding
- Serve as key business interface coordinating across CSI, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Supply, Regulatory and Global teams
- Develop initial product strategy, market assessment and mid-to-long-term forecast models based on market and competitive insights
- Identify risks, dependencies and acceleration opportunities; establish escalation and decision-making mechanisms for launch milestones
- Ensure structured handover to incoming Brand Lead including strategy, project status, risks and stakeholder alignment
