Role summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead analytics capabilities and innovation strategy within their trials and integrated programs (TAIP) function. What you'll be doing

Own and sequence capability-area roadmaps across advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled decision support
Lead development and governance of analytical methods for trial feasibility, enrollment, portfolio insights, and execution health
Act as business owner or senior product partner for TAIP analytics platforms and products
Guide responsible application of predictive modeling and machine learning to trial and portfolio decisions
Synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations and decision options for senior leadership
