Lead regional operations activities for product launches, new presentations, and lifecycle initiatives
Develop and execute regional launch strategies aligned with global product strategy and regulatory plans
Coordinate cross-functional site readiness activities across manufacturing, planning, regulatory, and commercial teams
Serve as Regional Operations representative on Global Product Development Teams and Product Lifecycle Teams
Monitor departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
