Based in CO, NM, AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA, MN, ID, WY, or UT

What you'll be doing

Conduct workflow analysis and current state assessments to identify inefficiencies and safety concerns in medication management systems
Develop customer-specific strategic solution roadmaps and facilitate practice change recommendations aligned with customer goals
Serve as primary point of contact through implementation and customer lifecycle engagement
Collaborate with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure customers optimize solutions and achieve strategic objectives
Provide clinical consulting input for product development and software enhancements based on healthcare industry knowledge
