Role summary
Baxter seeks a Surgical Sales Specialist for the Microsurgery division in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves building relationships with healthcare customers, executing regional sales strategies, and driving adoption of Baxter's microsurgical product portfolio across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Alaska.

- Ability to establish rapport with customers across diverse healthcare markets
- Current operating room credentialing certifications and clearances (bloodborne pathogen training, immunizations, background screening)
- Capacity to travel extensively: minimum 75% within territory, including two-plus days weekly for events and meetings
- Authorization to work in the United States
What you'll be doing
- Develop and expand business with existing and prospective customers across all microsurgery product lines
- Represent Baxter at local, regional, and national trade shows, sales meetings, and physician symposiums
- Present technical information, product demonstrations, and administrative details to prospective customers
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and assess market potential for the assigned territory
- Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing departments to advance sales initiatives
Compensation$83,000–$114,000 annually, plus sales incentive plan (SIP) with commission opportunity
