Role summary
Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Supplier Quality Lead Engineer for its Newquay facility to oversee supplier quality activities including audits, corrective actions, and compliance management within the life sciences and diagnostics sector.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent with manufacturing/quality experience
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in applicable or similar field

- Qualified auditor status with ability to train and lead remediation activities
What you'll be doing
- Issue, monitor, and approve supplier corrective action requests with meaningful feedback and root cause support
- Maintain qualified auditor status and lead annual supplier audit program development and management
- Review supplier change requests, assess impact, and escalate critical issues with stakeholders
- Support containment and correction of supplier defects and lead quality event task execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supplier quality requirements, onboarding, and monitoring
