What you'll be doing
- Direct daily staffing, scheduling, and operational setup for Sample Management team
- Lead clinical study and trial sample management, resolving logistical inquiries
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing compound shipments with CROs and partners
- Manage sample receipt, registration, storage, inventory, and LIMS record accuracy
- Train Sample Management team and monitor adherence to SOPs and safety procedures
