Practical experience in media preparation, stock solution preparation, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing support
Knowledge of GMP/GMP-ready operations, documentation, data integrity, and CAPA processes
Understanding of aseptic processing, cell culture support, and laboratory safety practices
Demonstrated leadership experience with team training, scheduling, troubleshooting, and accountability
Strong problem-solving and continuous-improvement skills including lean principles and process optimization
Preferred: Cell or gene therapy manufacturing, technology transfer, automation, or Industry 4.0 experience

What you'll be doing

Supervise daily media, buffer, and stock solution preparation including scheduling, prioritization, and issue escalation
Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen technical skills and operational accountability
Ensure consistent, high-quality output meeting standard work, procedures, and quality requirements
Drive continuous improvement and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data visibility
Maintain GMP compliance, safety documentation, investigations, and collaborative team environment
