What you'll be doing

Coordinate skilled maintenance technician team to optimize performance of critical manufacturing equipment
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs while managing corrective maintenance activities
Ensure strict regulatory compliance and maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to maximize equipment uptime
Coach and develop team members while fostering culture of safety and continuous improvement
