Role summary
Supervisor position leading manufacturing operations at a medical device facility in Mansfield, MA. Responsible for directing production staff across machining, packaging, and boxing areas while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met in a regulated, cleanroom environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience in GMP-regulated industry
- 3+ years of leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of non-conformances, CAPAs, and FDA regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in ISO 7 and ISO 5 cleanroom environments
- Batch manufacturing experience and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
What you'll be doing
- Direct daily production activities and supervise staff in machining, packaging, and boxing operations
- Monitor production goals, report progress at shift meetings, and maintain accurate logs and inventory records
- Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment; escalate unresolved technical issues
- Lead process improvements and Lean initiatives; coordinate with cross-functional teams and QA
- Coach and manage staff performance, approve timecards, and maintain compliance with GMP and SOPs
