Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of biobank team including personnel, productivity, inventory, and resource allocation
- Oversee sample receipt, data entry, accessioning, labeling, and storage location assignment
- Enforce quality compliance policies and procedures across all shifts
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and initiate corrective or disciplinary actions as needed
- Drive resolution of client issues and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
