Role summary
Regeneron seeks an Automation Supervisor for overnight shifts at its Rensselaer facility to oversee automated manufacturing and packaging equipment operations. - Critical thinking, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of data integrity regulations
- Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Mentor and develop Automation Technicians and contracted resources on plant floor
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance and repairs for automated systems
- Lead diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of automation equipment and systems
- Communicate and coordinate issue resolution between Automation, Manufacturing, and Facilities groups
- Support deviation management, including investigation reviews and corrective action analysis
