Role summary
Baxter seeks a Subassembly Operator for its Marion, North Carolina manufacturing facility working 7am-7pm shifts. What you'll be doing
- Operate, monitor, and adjust subassembly machinery for component production
- Load production supplies and perform scheduled quality checks on finished components
- Inspect sample components, package finished products, and stage for transfer
- Document manufacturing information and identify production inefficiencies or safety issues
- Multitask across several machines simultaneously and execute machine changeovers as assigned
Compensation$21.60 per hour
