Role summary
This clinical role supports global study management for Amgen's trials, coordinating planning, execution, and oversight activities from start-up through completion. The Senior Associate manages study trackers, monitors enrollment and data quality, engages sites and vendors, and escalates risks to ensure compliant, timely study delivery across multiple trial teams.
What they're looking for
- Master's degree, or Bachelor's with 2 years clinical execution experience
- Working knowledge of CTMS, eTMF, EDC systems and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in clinical trial processes and biotech/pharma/CRO environments
- Strong documentation accuracy and compliance verification skills
- Vendor oversight and risk-based monitoring experience
- Preferred: 3 years life sciences experience including 1 year biopharmaceutical clinical research
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain study trackers, dashboards, timelines, and vendor management tools
- Monitor global enrollment, data flow, and quality metrics using dashboards and reports
- Coordinate logistics for investigator meetings, trial events, and site communications
- Manage clinical trial systems data entry and support query resolution and reconciliation
- Escalate identified risks and operational issues to study team with proposed solutions
