Role summary
Amgen seeks a Strategic Planning & Operations Manager in Hyderabad to support the Customer Care & Experience Governance team. The role encompasses financial planning and portfolio management, software contract lifecycle and renewals execution, and procurement operations. The successful candidate will partner across finance, procurement, and global stakeholders to ensure financial governance, vendor management, and operational performance reporting for end-user technology services.

- Experience supporting global financial operations across multiple regions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
What you'll be doing
- Independently manage operating expense and portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Own end-to-end software contract lifecycle including renewals, extensions, and negotiations
- Oversee purchase order creation, billing validation, and invoice reconciliation in procurement systems
- Maintain software license compliance by reconciling purchased versus allocated licenses and managing true-ups
- Develop monthly governance reports covering financial performance, license utilization, and renewal pipeline
