Role summary
Manager II role in data engineering supporting Bristol Myers Squibb's Advanced Capabilities Center of Excellence. What you'll be doing
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows supporting reporting, analytics, and decision-support use cases
- Connect internal and external data sources, transform data into usable formats, and create curated datasets
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistency and timeliness of analytical data
- Support post-implementation sustainment, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with analytics, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure appropriate data engineering structures
