Role summary
Staff Sales Systems Engineer for field-based role supporting Smart Care technology sales across North Central US territory. Leads technical evaluation during sales process, advises on deployment requirements, and collaborates with customer IT teams and sales staff.

- B.S. in Information Technology or related field; or 6+ years relevant work experience
- Minimum 4 years technical sales or integration development experience in healthcare
- Deep knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud architectures
- Solid understanding of server virtualization technologies
- Enterprise 802.11 wireless and LAN/WAN networking experience preferred
- Hands-on experience deploying mobile applications via MDM solutions preferred
- Wi-Fi or Route/Switch certifications preferred
What you'll be doing
- Partner with sales team to demonstrate and present Smart Care solutions to customers
- Conduct network infrastructure assessments using Ekahau AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark tools
- Design Smart Care architecture for customer deployments and prepare infrastructure assessment reports
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to explain deployment methodologies and requirements
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, IT questionnaires, and participate in trade shows and marketing events
