Role summary
Staff Engineer position leading enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives within global supply chain and operations. Responsible for executing advanced continuous improvement projects, coaching capability development, and implementing daily management systems across regulated life-sciences manufacturing and supply chain functions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 10–15+ years in engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or operations
- Minimum 5 years leading advanced Lean Six Sigma projects with cross-functional impact
- Demonstrated experience in regulated environments (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical)
- Expert-level analytical capability and mastery of advanced statistical methods
- Strong influencing and leadership skills across global, matrixed organizations
What you'll be doing
- Lead large-scale, high-complexity Lean Six Sigma initiatives impacting multiple sites and functions
- Facilitate Kaizen events, value-stream redesign, and daily management system deployment across global operations
- Mentor Green Belts, senior engineers, and future Black Belts on advanced tools and continuous improvement culture
- Partner with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams on data-driven operational improvements
- Design enterprise performance dashboards and control plans to sustain long-term improvement benefits
